Preconstruction Planning
The intent is to work with the project’s owner to help deliver a satisfactory project that meets the owner’s objectives. In addition to estimating the project cost, the pre-construction budget team participates in design decisions, evaluations, studies, value engineering, value analysis, scheduling, construct-ability reviews, and more. Design costs, permitting, land acquisition, and life-cycle costs may also be evaluated.
Architectural Modelling
Our team of highly skilled model makers has a vast experience in producing traditional architectural models, and by combining these traditional skills with our in-house additive manufacturing technologies, we are able to produce concepts and site models to the owner's exact requirements, regardless of the complexity of the form.
Construction Management
Our professional service uses specialized, project management techniques to oversee the planning, design, and construction of a project, from conception to completion. The purpose of CM is to control a project's time, cost, and quality—sometimes referred to as a project's "triple constraint". CM is compatible with all project delivery systems, including design-bid-build, design-build, CM At-Risk, and public private partnerships.
